I make my own hot sauce for eggs. I have autoimmune encephalitis and because of the multiple seizures a day I've had a lot of free time so I learned to cook. Making and canning hot sauce was one of the first things youtube taught me.

My cooking started when I saw a history channel show that said pizza was just flour, water, yeast, tomato, and milk. So I decided I'd learn how to make pizza using those ingredients, and youtube had videos for every part of it.

I’m lucky enough to have a very large Asian grocery near me with a huge produce section, I think I’ll do some experimentation.
