During the Vietnam War the Russians not only Armed the North with sophisticated military equipment but put advisers in to train and run said equipment.
The Russian Military lost their Command Structure which caused their retreat to Belarus...If you believe the Ukrainians did that on their own you're kind of naive..
The CIA has already got their fingers on this deal...

yeah it seems as far back as anyone can remember. . . there have always bean these subversive wars by proxy
there sure isn't anything subversive in terms of the broadcasting of armament assistance in this situation

@ BND, sometimes I get a little Gung ho in the morning..
The original dueling pistols used by Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr in the 1804 duel that killed Hamilton are still around.
A far better solution to the Ukraine mess would be to set Biden and Putin down at a table with the dueling pistols give them two choices.
1 pistols, back to back ten paces turn and fire...
2 immediate cease fire in Ukraine, work out the details of a negotiated peace deal while UN troops provide security.
If Politicians had to risk their own blood we'd have perpetual peace!
The average Russian doesn't want war anymore then the average American...

was watching a John Mearsheimer lecture
was saying that UKRAINE is a civil war
that that eastern section is all pro RUSSIA
one thing that seems. . . like odd logic
is the idea that NATO is at the door
so you take over UKRAINE
does that remove NATO from your door? hah
also -
so much for all that AMERICAN TAX PAYER money savings from getting out of AFGHANISTAN
see all kinds of number bandied about as to the cost of that. .
